WORST EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A VEHICLE IN MY LIFE!!!! If I could give them -⭐'s I would! I showed up w/ $7k & drove away that night w/ car only to have to return it immediately & wait 2 full months to get it back & this was after being ignored & lied to many times & put off for 8 straight weeks. I could not have been a more patient, tolerant & understanding customer and I was rewarded with lies. I was severely ripped off. They gave zero Customer Care! Then I had my own mechanic look at the car, right away and he said the oil pump was bad. So I immediately told both Anna & Mike to give them the opportunity to fix the problem correctly. I even forwarded them diagnostic pictures from my mechanic's OBD device, but they never fixed it. Too much $ for them to spend! THE OWNERS ARE GREEDY, CHEAP & SNEAKY! Instead they replaced 2 thermostat switches, which of course didn’t fix the problem! When I finally got to pick the car up after 2 months, the check engine light was STILL ON! UNBELIEVABLE!!! 1 BAD OIL PUMP, 1 RECALL ISSUE (NOT ADDRESSED), BAD FRONT STABILIZER BAR, BAD REAR BRAKES & ROTORS....an additional $3,000 for ALL repairs (done at dealership) and this was after Mike's mechanic supposedly fixed the engine problem. I only asked them to replace the oil pump. I thought that was fair since I was buying a used car. I did not expect them to fix any maintenance issues. However, I did expect to get a car with a good functioning engine. I was even told & guaranteed that they pay for a complete and full vehicle & engine check. I was even charged a $500 fee for the supposed vehicle history/engine checks but never given any paperwork supporting that fact. SO WHAT DID I PAY FOR? A phoney engine check, FAKE! No proof of any supposed engine check. TOTAL LIARS! They have nice looking cars...THAT'S IT! It's hit-or-miss, whether or not the car is in good running condition. You won’t know until it’s too late! They are bought at auction & NOTHING MORE IS EVER DONE TO THEM EXCEPT A QUICK EXTERIOR CLEANING! What I find most disturbing is that I am a single Mother of 5 and I made that fact very clear to them! This car was for MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, who is just starting to drive and still they had no problem selling us a vehicle this dangerous and lying to my face, many many times! STAY FAR AWAY!
