DD214 if you don't have it they will help you attaining one
DD 214 and identification of who you are. If not direct family member you'll need power of attorney
You definitely need that persons DD214 and a death Certificate
DD214 go to the 9th floor. Bring ID. They may tell you to go to the main office. Downtown.
