The place is unkept. The front is manicure; however, if you go in the back the stairs and hallways is dirty with roaches crawling on the walls. There is no security. Anyone can come & go as they please because the back doors are left opened. I would not recommend living there.
No Chatham is not a safe place to live. Manager comes in when ever she wants too. Hallsways are dirty,
