This place is the worst ever the new manager David doesn’t care about the residence he only cares about making sure he rents out the empty apartments because everybody’s moving out of here as quick as they can. If a resident ask him for information he doesn’t provide it if they ask him a question he doesn’t answer it he doesn’t return phone calls and he certainly does not answer the phone in the office even if he’s sitting there. The air conditioning in the buildings does not work the hallways are over 100° and this is a senior community and that’s not a healthy environment for seniors. So please do not move here it’s not a good place to live!!!!!

I am so glad I read this. My husband who retired recently called them yesterday. No answer, no call back. So today, I googled the place and found these reviews. Looks like we dodged a bullet. How sad.. he wanted to pay 6 months in advance to secure an apartment.

If the landlord did the job they are getting paid for, then seniors would be happy to live here. This place is set up for seniors only not young people under the age of 35.

My mom lived there for 10 years , one of the first tenants to move in . The first manager Mitch was an awesome kind and friendly person. The place used to smell good no roaches no problem. The maintenance worker Martin had the place looking great the grass was cut always bathrooms in hallway always clean and in working conditions. After Mitch left forget it everything went downhill. Filthy smelling horrible roaches and bed bugs management is rude not friendly. She works Monday Wednesday and Friday and she brings her husband to be her bodyguard he sits in the front with other tenants eat play games and just hang around the complex... This place has poor management ...
