why was this location closed 12-14-18 about 4 pm We were met at the door by an employee and told they were closed. There were several customers inside. I thought Waffle House never closed??

This had nothing to do with weather. There was only ONE employee there and she said she had a Dr appointment and her replacement did not show up so they were closed. Was she going to leave the customers inside with no employee there? Sounds like a management problem to me.

We went on Sunday evening around 7 and the place had only 1 clean table. I employee who said the other had left at 6 was supposed to stay till 9. Even though this employee was very nice we chose not to wait since after 20 minutes our order had not been taken. I agree....poor management.

I work there and even if the weather is real bad we are open or we are transfered to a diffrent store

They do in severe weather because they don't want their employees to get hurt going home or coming to work
