There is a French bakery in downtown Falmouth, ?name. Beth's bakery in Sandwich. By the way new research into how gluten affects the body, shows that it doesn't cause the problems previously mentioned in studies.

There's also the Wholefoods in Hyannis. They sell gluten free items in their bakeries.
