If I can't find the virtual appointment that works for me, can I schedule a in-person appointment without paying again? Anyone knows? Seems like virtual appointments are more limited than the in-person appointments.

Yes let's say if you do get an in person appointment and paid already for virtual they will make you pay again in person but they will refund you your virtual appointments money. That's what they did with me. I had to wait 10 or less days for my money to be back in my bank account.
