I seriously doubt they are being investigated because they are very careful about finding the right homes for their dogs.
Do you have any information if they are even open providing adoptions or not. Sales on internet is almost all scams. Found out first hand searching 5 so called Shih tzu puppies for sale .Same people 3 or more phone# in different states. Same puppies pictures with different names. wow!
Hi there. This is false information. Shih Tzu Rescue has been the last stop for dogs with nowhere else to go for over 25 years. They have found quality, loving homes for thousands upon thousands of dogs. There is no fraud investigation, no age discrimination, and no breach of contract claims. The rescue has strict adoption requirements and negative reviews come from people who were not able to meet the criteria for the dogs who have been through too much in their lives already.
I don’t doubt it, I never got a call back and we are willing to provide a loving home for a dog. The have not reached us.
They should be investigated they discriminate!

You have nx idea what you are talking about. They stole my puppy from a very happy home. Hr He was miserable w/them. It's all about the $, not the welfare of the animal. My attorney said this is a felony. Check things out a little better if you care about animals !

Things seem fishy here. I really wonder if these dogs exist. I submit application and no one will talk to you or call you back. Is this bait and switch?
