Hi. My uncle produced a large mosaic mural in this building when it was formerly the Calderon Theater. He was a well known artist in the 1950s-60s. Would anyone know if the mural is still there, perhaps preserved behind a wall or facade? Thanks!

Jim. THANK YOU for responding! I just saw this. I fedex'ed a letter to Rev. Brown hoping to be able to meet slmeone at Faith and look at my uncle's mural and perhaps take pictures of it. I never got a reply to me later and I began trying to reach someone at Faith's main phone number, but it seems disconnected?? Do you still know anyone there who I might be able to contact directly? i was a manager of the Calderone Theater in 1973 -74 . I know the mural you are talking about. It is till there as of about a year ago. I understand the building is going to be demolished. What a shame. I would like to know what that mosaic mural was about.
