I am moving to Croton on Hudson from New City NY. I need to change the address on my car registration and my drivers Lic. Do i need to bring proof of residency and if so what will suffice? Please advise

You do not need proof of residency to change the address on these documents. Be advised...if you are planning on upgrading your license to a "Real Id DL" or "Enhanced DL", you will need to bring 2 proofs of residency...utility bill, bank statement, pay stub, etc.
