Last hope stole my dog after he got out and was brought back to the there because of the "last hope" tag he was wearing. Now they won't return him. I was told read my contract. I'm out 500 bucks and my dog. What do I do?

None of our dogs cost $500.00. You should have changed the Chip to your Contact info and this would not have happened. Take some responsibility. You did not have a collar with your contact info, and never updated the Chip, what do you expect?

Maybe the $500.00 he mentions includes supplies he bought for the dog. Just sayin'.
