The restaurant has been there since 1983 Joe and Mary started it as “Lebanese Gourmet” Eddie the son helped all along. In 2000 Eddie and wife Joyce changed the name to Skewers mediterranean grille. wife is the pastry chef. Joseph the son is the general manager. They’re Parishioners at holy name of Jesus. All the employees that worked there and left have come back to work there again or became guests, which I think says a lot.
I don't know but I sure enjoyed the meal and atmosphere
