Nope. I was there again 2 nights ago. You can wear if you'd like, but if you don't you won't stick out. But it is definitely a button down and slacks or business casual. Make sure you take the tour and visit the deer room. It's awesome!
Very few people were wearing jackets when we went. Bern's is nice but not pretentious.
Preferred, but not required. Pro tip: you can eat and drink in the bar area without strict dress code. Order the steak sandwich.
