Carefully log all your complaints and problems with date, time, service with problem. Then call and complain. Ask for a manager if necessary, but Comcast usually offers some kind of discount or will prorate your bill if you cancel and if you haven't signed a 2 yr contract with a purchase of a phone etc on a payment plan. Keep in mind if you did purchase a phone and cancel, you will have to pay off the phone and any penalty you signed for. That would be standard for any company you sign a 2 yr contract with. If your on a monthly plan, then you can cancel anytime and ask that they reimburse you for any data that you didn't use. Unless you can account for unused data that they charged you for, I doubt that they will reimburse you. Your phone should have in your Settings, the amount of data used and you can use a print app to print that info out for proof.
I called several times to complain about poor or lack of service and got a reduction in my bill for 1 month.
No refund was offered. But i was prorated for the month. So i only paid for 2 weeks of service instead of the whole month since i cancelled mid-month
