The center of the sculpture is 150 feet from the parking lot amd ticket booth, there is a fair amount of walking involved in experiencing this piece of art. Last time I was there I clocked 2.6 miles of walking over 3 hours at the sculpture.
Beautiful place. Can be a bit of a walk, or you can just bring a chair, a picnic and a bottle of wine to sit, relax and admire.
It's a very short walk to the sculpture. To see the entire sculpture it involves a fair amount of walking including stairs. It is awesome and a must see.
The main sculpture is right next to where you park it is the first "attraction"
