You need to stop in and get a consent form from Z-Edge, fill it out and have your parent get it notarized
You would definitely need to be of legal age to sign the 'contract' that will be between you and the piercer/store. If you are underage, you will need to have an adult with you to sign for you. It is also a painful procedure, so you must be willing to go thru that. I personally experienced light headedness and broke out in a cold sweat. I came close to passing out and I have a VERY high pain tolerance. Also, having these type of piercings done is an expensive endeavor. Make sure you have several hundred dollars to pay for the work you have done. All this being said. I love my piercings and they have served their purpose of greatly reducing the migraine headaches I suffer from. Good luck 😊👂👃👄
Hello, yes there is always a concent form to be filled out. If you are under 18 then you will need an additional notarized concent form. That form is available for download on our website. Piercing prices depend on the type and material of the jewelry that you choose to be pierced with. Prices start at $55 which includes basic implant grade titanium jewelry and then go up from there. Gold jewelry can make the price go up significantly but is well worth it.
