They just finished the outdoor stage. Today (June 22) I saw musicians setting up for an evening performance. I may be able to post pictures, but not right here in this answer. There are 2 Marriott hotels right on the lake, I'm sure they would rent rooms and cater some food. If all that is too pricey, I've seen wedding party members taking photos in grassy areas around the lake.
My sister in law did. Don't know how to reserve.
I don't think this would be a spot for a wedding however there are many restaurants where maybe you could possibly have a reception.

The stage is designed as an entertainment space, there's no harm in asking. I think it could be a rather profitable venture. The in-place restaurants and entertainment businesses would certainly like the large crowd. Call the property manager and ask.
