It's based on a scale. You get paid for millage, for each stop you make, by how many cases you unload, breakdown, layover, and you get a little more if you have to run solo. Right now they are offering a 4k sign on bonus and your salary is based on your experience. As long as you show up for work for your 4 days your guaranteed 910 a week and the more experience you have that number could be higher. For example just to give you an idea I came in with a year of experience and usually took home between 16-1800 every two weeks. About 22-2400 if I worked extra days. Hope this helps.
