Have you considered improving the menu and offering tastier food? You have the largest concentration of condo's/apts within 3-4 blocks in all of St Pete and an EMPTY restaurant... Might it be the menu? We go elsewhere twice a week

I don't know, but the food and service was pretty good when we ate there, and they looked like they we doing a fair bit for business without you.
