Eat in the garage! The restaurant is decorated with style and a lot of details. Very good American food. Not cheap, but worth every dollar. Very friendly staff who respond to the wishes of the guests.

Yes. There is outdoor seating. And there are tvs outside as well
They are very dog friendly. I've taken my doodle there on three occaisions recently and they have ben more than accommodating with us on the outdoor patio.
Big city routine, someone stays in the car, someone runs in to get the order. Or get Grub Hub or a similar pickup / delivery service.

I don't know, but the food and service was pretty good when we ate there, and they looked like they we doing a fair bit for business without you.
