Hello, how long does it take to have a passport renewed?

I was in Cubamax today to renew mine. They told me that it may take 3 to 4 months.

I understand that they are currently delaying between months and a year I recommend that you call them personally to see what they say.

I sent for the renewal on February 27 and still nothing, it has been almost 8 weeks and I travel on June 4.
