I would imagine If you just want a standard type of round or square cake. Or both a round cake with levels for bride and groom and a square sheet cake for guests. They will have no problem giving you what you need. They have a book of available options at the counter.
If you have something specific in mind, and is not too elaborate, they may work with you.
They generally only make the cakes they have in their book. Though calling and asking, if it's simple, it shouldn't be a huge issue.
