While shopping here Sunday evening my daughter has to use the restroom. She's 8 years old. While opening the bathroom door to walk out the heavy metal door caught her foot Underneath of it. It ripped her toe up Pretty good! Bleeding everywhere! She was crying and screaming! As I try to find a Manager,, who was 1 isle over an no way she didn't hear my daughter screaming,, she informs me they do NOT have a first aid kit! My daughter was sitting in an isle with her foot bleeding like crazy! The manager takes her good old time looking for me something to use! This woman comes back with a roll of course brown paper towels from behind the register!!!! Not sterile by any means!!!! At this point I just needed to get the blood stopped! I had to leave my baby sit in the isle while I scramble to The first aid isle where I had to buy my own dam first aid stuff!!! Not one "I'm sorry...anything I do to help.."!!!! Nothing!!!! Customers were staring. It was a mess! We both had blood all over us! It's like they didn't care my daughters toe looked like Hamburger! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THAT STORE! How in the world does this store NOT have a first aid kit??? HOW?! That's a liability issue right there!! The cashier AND THE MANAGER were heartless!!! I'm making sure my loved ones NEVER have this experience in that store! Pathetic!!
