That's what I heard about BARCS not the SPCA on Falls Rd.
From what I've heard, the SPCA will keep the cat for a certain amount of time and if no one comes in to adopt it, they put it to sleep.
I am not sure that I understand the question. If you are asking about leaving your cat for good, this clinic is nor the place. Call the main number to find out the name of the building for that. I believe they are near each other and even share a parking lot. If you mean to have it put to sleep, not sure if they will, but again call and ask.
