Honestly the coffee was truly terrible the last time I was in here. Service has gone extremely downhill, there appears to be a change in staff and it’s unfortunately a change for the worse. I asked to speak to a manager and no one was present, and I was unable to get a phone number to contact the manager. Do not go here. Your money is much better spent elsewhere.

This place is extremely understaffed and clearly treats their employees poorly. Every time I’ve been in here it takes forever to get my order due to there only being one employee even at peak hours. The one present worker should not have to constantly apologize for the wait and deal with irate customers when this is at no fault of their own. Tip your baristas in cash because Vagrant keeps them underpaid and overworked. It sucks to see such a nice spot die off solely due to mistreating their employees.

Yes they do... dairy free, a few different milk substitutes for drinks... not a big gluten free menu, but there are a few options as well.
There are usually places outside to sit. Last time I was there a few weeks ago there was construction next door so no outdoor seating but it's likely resolved by now. Not sure about inside.
3 Bean Coffee is not a coffee roaster and they will not have coffee available to send for samples. They do use Counter Culture coffees which are available just about anywhere. I highly recommend visiting their shop and trying the different coffees that they have brewing or the various drinks they make in order to support the business.
