Both technicians were very good. I would recommend Sears as far as the labor but very expensive if you don't have Sears home warranty.

Sears had cancelled and rescheduled my appointment to fix my refrigerator 5 times. I still don't have a working refrigerator for a month. They still have not showed up. I would not recommend using them for any refrigerator repair.
