Is there really a manager here by the name of "Cheryl Woody"?

+ yes Cheryl Woody and they should very well know her she is here all the time. She is front end manager not senior manager.

I came by here in November and had a pricing issue. A male employee helped me solve the issue and he said next time if I had an issue, ask for their senior manager, Cheryl Woody. He wrote down her name. Well, I had a similar issue on 12/4/19 and went to customer service desk and asked for this Cheryl Woody. I asked 3 different employees and nobody seemed to know her. If "Cheryl Woody" is really a "senior manager" she must not be very important because none of the employees seem to know her!
