Need to go in for an eligibility appointment to determine your cost. It might be free depending on your income. Call them for an eligibility appointment and bring ID, proof of address, and 4-5 pay stubs
Hi Melissa, The CHCN clinic in the 4th floor and the Neighborhood clinic (two days per week-2nd floor) both have sliding scale fees based on patients' income but they are not free. Also, you first have to go through an enrollment process to qualify. Good luck!
