Responding as owner- your crowds really start around 4pm Friday and run through 6pm Sunday. The weekends are very busy, weekdays are usually calm and there’s always a seat to be found somewhere. If a weekend is the only choice, I recommend coming before 1pm on Saturday or Sunday to avoid any heavy traffic.
Monday evening was great.
On a nice day, first thing 1100 AM when they open for lunch service.
