I have a friend that is there now at that hospital in Gainesville hope they help him out he has an appointment at 2:30 today for some kind of surgery hope it goes well

I believe most surgeries are conducted by Shands Hospital doctors... hence the Shands to VA tunnel. Just saying...

They are pretty good there so I wouldn't worry. Surgery always carries risks. Just pray for him and he should be OK.
