Beatriz Chacon, I could be wrong but I truly believe your son is allowed to live with you, as long as you are over 55 which you are 64 and you are the owner, I truly believe your son is allowed legally to live there. I'm not sure what they call it but all parks that are 55 and older, there is some sort of clause and it's called a 80/20, that means 80% have to be over 55, and there is a small margin allowance for the other 20% to be under 55. And I also know for a fact that there's a lot of people that live in Caribbean Park that are under 55, I should not say a lot of people but through the years I have known a lot but I do know several people that are renters in there that are under 55. Private message me and I'll help you it's very easy very simple and no problem. He will have to fill out the papers for the office, and have a background check. If he is a convicted felon, more than likely he will not be allowed to stay there, but that also depends on how long ago the conviction was.
no-all residents must be at least 55. He can visit- the office has all the rules and I believe 2 weeks is the limit. Also yes owners rent their trailers but the min. is 2 months and you must again go to the office and fill out an application. This process is $50
