They care, gotta understand there are a high volume of customers. (Not to excuse the bad service) Also the language barrier....for such low prices, sometimes you just have to grin and bare it. I agree with Frances, when you rate them low or complain on a site like this you dont give the restaurant a chance to fix it.
If you want a "horrible experience" dealt with...they are the ones to talk to, not me or other social media. In your case they are correct. Who knows what it was... Contact on same day of service.
