Hi there, Please contact Lion John Jarvis at (860) 617-0581..he handles the Exhibitor Parking (which is primarily for animal exhibitors) so he will have a good understanding of what is available for space and can tell if there is a cost. And just FYI – the Fairgrounds is owned by the Lions Club, so Town Hall doesn't have anything to do with these sorts of things on the grounds.
I agree with Kevin, it's basically a grass parking lot with typical fairground set up & not a campsite.
I don't think so, but would recommend that you call the town hall and ask If they do allow, they may have some requirements
