My opinion: Library's should NEVER be closed during working hours, to the public. People really depend on the Library for business. I don't mind art shows or any other shows, but I feel the library should still be opened.
Overall, the Daytona Beach Regional Library will be closed to the public due to the Halifax Art Festival from Nov. 5-7, 2021. The Library's Auditorium (the southwest entrance) will be open to the public on Nov. 6 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to display local student art work.
Its closed due to the Art show Will take place outside or in the auditorium
