Is there a pier there you can fish off of

There are two ocean Piers locally and every bridge has a fishing pier in the river

You can always look on Google maps and inquire about public fishing piers. Being a local my recommendation is Dunlawton Pier. There is a bait store that is open 24/7 there there's also a boat ramp on both sides of the parking area along with facilities that are open all night and decent fishing bring a chair.

Not at the bait store, but there are piers everywhere. 2 main ones, and lots of small ones on the intercoastal waterway
