Looking to fill out an application
I wouldn't recommend anyone to put in an application for this this place! Since we got a new manager. Everything has gone downhill... She's very rude. And now she is nit picking on having patio furn, etc.. telling us ALL residents that we're in non compliance and that we have violated, & gave us a 7 day to cure or vacate.. She wants to talk about non compliance, the management company is in non compliance for not maintaining the property grounds.. there is a sinkhole that has not been fixed to this date, & has been like that for almost a yr. Which is a health/safety hazardAll they did was throw rocks into it.. There's another hole that has opened up when an elderly neighbors front walkway was flooded... They threw rocks into that too. There's a so called "retention" pond that keeps widening & is another safety hazard & nothing to block it off from anyone, children from falling into it
