I have had several issues since using this company. First off this company has a huge disconnect between their front office and field employees. The delivery technicians will just show up to your home with no prior notice from the front office. This has happened numerous times, even after specifically requesting they call before hand. Another issue I have had with them has to do with a leak repair. The technician would refill our in ground tank every so often, even though we were not using our hot tub. I decided to inspect the tank myself and found bubbles coming from the regulator, which had a water pooled around it from the rain. I contacted the front office to advise them of the bubbles. I informed them that there was no smell of gas, but that I would still like it to be checked. She said not to worry as there was no smell of gas and that it may have been air bubbles. Fast forward a few weeks and a technician knocks on my door saying he was there to replace the regulator which was leaking. Not once did the front office call me to tell me there was a confirmed leak, or that they were coming out to replace it. As it pertains to the first complaint, I was told by the technician that this was probably the cause of my tank depleting without use. I called the front office to inform them of what the technician had told me. They refused to offer any discount for the leaked gas and ended up charging me more money for the regulator replacement. When questioned as to why my concern over a leak was written off over the phone. They stated that they had no record of this conversation. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING! Not only did they explain to me that I need not be concerned, they obviously thought it was an issue as the sent someone out to replace a pivotal piece of the system. I will be switching companies asap, as I hate to feel like I am being cheated. Shame on this companies front office and how they run this company. Remember who pays your salaries, your customers! Treat them better and your company will thrive.

They filled out Propane tank which was not bonded/grounded. We had a fire through the gas line going into the kitchen. They then charged us $800. Absolutely unbelievable. After the fire they realized what they had done and refused to fill until it was done. It would have been nice to know that was supposed to be done before they ever filled it in the fire started.

I highered them to install propane tank to supply a generator . They applied for the permit with outdated insurance paperwork. Fixed that with in a week. Rescheduled install for 30 days latter. Showed up 4 days later on a Friday. Opened up a ditch across my driveway and left it with no caution tape or anything. The county inspector came 5 days later. They came back 6 days later to complete the install. Call for the final inspection which happened 8 days later. This company is not customer friendly !

I am a loyal customer since last 7+ years. I have been paying my bills regularly, on time or before time. I requested for a delivery of propane when I smelled gas and saw that reading was zero. I paid $ 538.61 on 5/10/21 for that delivery. We didn't use any propane to heat up spa or pool for 2/3 months due to some medical and social reasons. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. When I checked, again reading was zero and there was strong smell of propane. So I requested for service to check for leakage. Their technician came after more than one month on 11/16/21.They were not ready to send me delivery before I pay $ 194.06 for this service call. So, I paid it, yesterday on 11/22/21. Finally, I received my delivery today. I paid another $ 578.99 today. WHEN I REQUESTED FOR CREDIT FOR MY PREVIOUS DELIVERY OF $ 5/10/21 WHICH I LOST DUE TO LEAKAGE, NO ONE ANSWERED. IS THIS FAIR? Normally I do not like changes and do not change any vendor or supplier, but after these bad experiences through out 2021, I am seriously thinking of changing this Company.
