They are understaffed and underpaid. From what I understand the franchise owners do not want to pay any more in payroll. They know that most people will just sit and wait in line, from what I understand.

There is no such thing as under staffed. Where I work we are under staffed and paid but BUT I take pride in my work and do my job efficiently. If the employees feel that way and continue to work there they need to take PRIDE in their work.
I never eat at this store, quality of food is poor, order half of the time is wrong. Even though store on sr 16 is very busy quality of food is great, so is the one at south end of st Augustine, both of these stores stay clean no matter how busy they get

Are the pies supposed to be cold? because I ordered 7 pies, for kids I had. and they were ice cold 😐
