Just left with my family because no host came to greet us, sit us or anything. It wasn’t even busy but under staffed or not they should see that there are people with kids needed to be seated. Done with this place.

I've never experienced this before, myself but you are right! Someone should always be at the front ready to seat you within 5 mins of entering any restaurant.

I too have noticed they are understaffed. I totally understand the frustration as a paying customer. With the pandemic our country is facing i have learned to be a little more forgiving and understanding. Hopefully you will go back and take the children and your time wil end up being exceptionally great. Blessings

I was there for the NFL draft, it wasn't really all that busy considering but I did get the feeling they were extremely understaffed.
