My fiance and I just had lunch here accompanied by our 4 month old. We asked for water twice before receiving it, we had to remind them about our side sauces and carrots we ordered. My fiance had an empty beer for a while before the server came to take the glass without offering another one. The food all came out at different times (not including our appetizer) And our mozzarella sticks were over fried leaving them hollow inside. Edit: I considered leaving 2 stars because the food was really good when we finally got our entire meal, but then we found a straw wrapper underneath the table top caddy, indicating they don't move them when wiping the tables down, if they do at all. And when my fiance went to change our daughters diaper in the family restroom, he said it was so dark in there and blasting music that it terrified her and she cried to the point of tears.. Also, out server pointed out to us that his girlfriend "hates everything about buffalo wild wings" maybe not something you should say about where you're working? It's so hard to get good service anymore because no one wants to work so people hire whoever applies. We used to sit at the bar anywhere we went because of this, but we have our daughter now and honestly not worth the $65 we spent. We normally tip 20% or more, coming from working in the restaurant industry ourselves in the past, but we really felt like it wasn't even remotely earned considering how slow the restaurant was and how awful our service was. Save your money or go to in n out next door.

After nearly 36 hours of work from dishwasher to busser to line cook, Kimmy is still killing it at Buffalo Wild Wings just hours before closing she's kind enough to entertain my irrational mixed drink order with a smile. It's not my fault she's a UCLA fan. Just glad she's inArizona, it's LA's loss and Buffalo Wild Wings gain! PAY HER MORE MONEY, she's making yiu bank even in the wee hours of a Wednesday!

Not a good experience. The place was empty for 1230, which should have been a warning. Wings were served cold, and the celery and carrots were old and rotting. The place was also dirty, with wrappers and food on the floor under the table, and in the seat cushions. Two stars vs one for the friendly server.
