I would look online to see what they offer. I know they have a room for home schoolers. Honestly, I think kids under 11 might be bored with the museum. Hopefully teens would love it. Right now their is an Asian exhibit that is awesome. My 16 YO lived it. We went to visit for a school project.
The Baltimore Museum of Art has a special room program for kids that should work well for BD parties. I suggest that you give them a call for the details.
Better suited for older children probably rather than younger children.
