I didn't see a lake in the park or near by. I'm pretty much new to the area.
If I provide information to anyone I like to be certain that it is accurate. At the moment it doesn't appear that you can, but there is no signs posted or announcements made that says that you can not fish this season.
Not particularly at this time. Maybe it will be opening back up soon. Look for new fishing holes just incase. There are plenty in Staten island
