It depends on the size of the property and location.now that's interesting. I live there and i don't see where the association fees are included on the statement. Whrn there's an event if your not a member, either a very small fee can ve paid, or pas as attened function. Therefore, please verify where these charges are included in lot rent. 🤔

The homeowner association fees are included in the lot rental agreement. Usually between $700-$800
