The best thing is to do is the cold a management company and discuss your situation. Part of the approval process is also your background check and your financial situation. If those two was very strong and you have an explanation for your poor credit you may be approved. As far as the last comment about the high white rent, your lot rent does include water sewer and cable. The amenities do include a pool and a clubhouse and if you are a pet owner this is one of the best places to live because they do allow 3 pets per household. I hope this answer helps you
