Can anyone speak to the safety, noise levels of a second floor condo or the community as a whole? I'm considering moving there soon and interested what the current residents are saying about the place.

Never had a noise issue.

The Rays are moving to YBOR City. Police will be everywhere. I own a unit for the last two years and have had no issues.

I’d rate as overall moderate, getting better rapidly. Great for the area. No highway or 7th Ave noise - issue might only be your neighbors. No probs in 2100 building, but we’re a little lower density. Only safety issues I’ve ever heard of has been a front door package snatcher and bike thief - both have been on the decline and should go away with planned security camera install and community involvement, which is strong and on the rise.

I only done a job there. But I believe you could address it to the management.
