Depends I have asked a couple questions about a Desktop my Mom had that died Geek was very helpful Another time I was told to bring the device in and they'd write up a ticket$$ So it depends who is behind the desk. In general My opinion only but Best Buy isn't the same store it was 2-3 years ago. Wife and I went to buy a Phillip's starter kit the 2 young men we asked went in back and never came out. Granted it was near closing but still.? Especially since I have spent a lot of Money there over the years. That's another thing shopping history goes away or is wrong which I found iffy. Bought Daughter TV brought it back and bought a more expensive one but only the first part was in history. Still probably best your gonna get Walmart isn't much competition as far as customer service.
