Bakery opens at 7. Sometimes 8. Depends on if there is a cake decorator that day. If you don't see someone, just knock on their door. Or ask someone in produce to look for a bakery person. There is usually at least one person back there till 5pm. After 5pm no one is there.
I know that Walmart opens at 6:00 but I'm not sure exactly about the bakery sorry about that
