I would assume their omelettes are gluten free. They also serve amazing salads. You should check about their pastries bc they have a flourless chocolate cake, so they may have other gluten free options!
Don't think so..I'd be afraid to ask at the risk of offending then. They take their baking very seriously!
Looking at the menu for gf options: Coconut Rocher, Meringue, Macaron, 3 Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Orange Mousse. Salads, soup (?).
Somehow a French baguette does not fit the picture
