Where can I buy blue hardanger material used to make a church banner?

I would go to the material section at Hobby Lobby. They have a very nice big selection of materials, much more variety than Walmart. If you can't find it there I would suggest joann's or michaels, then of course on line. But hobby lobby would most likely have what you're looking for! Hope this helps
