I have a scheduled medical appointments and I wish I could get a confirmation call my ride are during closed business hours and on weekends and with medical insurance so I feel like I’m not a high priority with this comp t but my insurance keeps giving them to me , please make it a priority to inform people I hate having to cancel at last kin bc I have to use a plan b just bc no communication on your company’s side! Your driver are nice your commutations with customers suck!

Today was a very big day for me being confined to a wheelchair I was moving and my transportation was vva,I was not happy since I had bad history with them,my driver Umberto was rite on time so kind,courtesy and helpful,he has given me the best experience any handicapped person could hope for,great ride,helpful now vva has redeemed themselves all because the driver Umberto was so great thank you Umberto, and ms.vva you guys arecawesoe
